This training prepares prospective coaches to provide feedback and consultation to individuals about their Top 5 Signature Themes of talent as identified by the Clifton Strengthsfinder report. During this training  a coach will learn strategies to help others discover and leverage their talents to meet personal goals and find meaningful places of service within their communities.

Training is now available for anyone in New Zealand or Australia wishing to become an accredited coach within the not for profit sector or within their church.
