"Discovering the top 5 strengths was really helpful. But I found doing the full 34 coaching to be even more valuable. For one thing, it identified other strengths which played an important part in the way I function and one was as dominant as some in the top 5. It also helped me see better how the top 5 were influenced and supported by some other strengths. Discovering the bottom 5 was also useful – I know what ones I need to borrow from others, and also saw how I use some of my top ones to compensate. Overall, I felt I received a more complete picture of how I function, and found it very releasing."
