We want youth leaders to hit the ground running, to feel ready and have tools in their belt when it comes to leadership and discipling young people. This camp its a rites of passage to becoming a youth leader; a few days away from the noise of everyday life, immersing ourselves in nature and equipping in the following areas:
The mindset of a leader
The power of questions
How to facilitate games, capture peoples attention and get your point across when sharing a message.
How to love people and have good environmental and social ethics in our ministry spaces
We want you to leave feeling equipped, inspired and sent into leadership!
*Staying true to the rites of passage process, we’ll be embracing activities like hiking as a part of the weekend. We can help you with gear if needed.
